Responsible for calculating force account labor including all employee benefits for submission to LA GOHSEP and FEMA for development of the project worksheet.Assessed value of damage equipment and vehicles for project worksheets.  Developed file system in accordance with all governmental agencies involved in recovery.

Harahan Pump to the River Pumping Station, Harahan Louisiana.

Preliminary design, design, bidding and construction management services for this $100M project. Project components include a 1,200 cfs (776 mgd) pumping station having three 2,500 hp turbo diesel driven vertical turbine pumps, a covered reinforced concrete suction canal which is 900 feet in length, discharge force mains (three 84 inch parallel lines) extending 9,000 feet from the proposed pumping station to the Mississippi River, a reinforced concrete levee crossing, and a reinforced concrete discharge basin located in the Mississippi River.

St. Bernard Sheriff Office, St. Bernard, Louisiana

Provided the Sheriff’s Office with grants management and development of project worksheets for damages to equipment and buildings related to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Implemented a documentation system to coincide with LA GOHSEP and FEMA regulations.  The project value is approximately $1 million.

St. Tammany Parish Debris Monitoring Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Isaac; St. Tammany, Louisiana

The team members provided St. Tammany all monitoring services for debris collection, hauling and disposition. Did all intake of data to develop project worksheets and set up a document control system. Project valued approximately $ 21 million.

Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office Detention Facilities, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. 

Client service manager for the construction of a $120M program which includes a 205,000 SF, 871 bed detention facility, a training facility and the relocation of the sheriff’s firing range. The project involves managing the A/E, providing justifications to FEMA during the design and construction phase; and resident inspection.

Jefferson Parish Private Property Demolition and Debris Removal Program, Jefferson, Louisiana. 

Project included finishing all work for private property debris removal, voluntary demolition, and blighted homes demolition. The project met all the Parish’s needs to implement this program and meet FEMA’s deadlines.
